Application & Dosage
This product is primarily designed for fermentation defoaming applications and can also be added to various chemical manufacturing processes. It can be disinfected with base raw materials or partially disinfected by adding material during the later stages of fermentation. Under normal conditions, a dosage of 0.25%-0.6% typically meets fermentation defoaming cycle requirements.
Applications include microbial fermentation, food production and processing, construction industry products, printing and dyeing industry, metal manufacturing and processing, battery new energy field, water treatment systems, and various chemical production processes such as PVC polymerization.

Polyether Defoamer GPE-103
Defoamer GPE-103 is an enhanced version of the GPE defoamer, belonging to the block type poly product category. This high-quality product is non-toxic, exhibits extremely low skin irritation, is non-toxic to bacteria, fully biodegradable, and provides highly effective foam control with exceptional chemical and thermal stability. It controls foam across a wide pH range and can be easily removed from products without residue.

Safety, Storage & Handling
This antifoam is available in 25Kg, 50Kg and 200Kg PE drums or internal-coated buckets. Alternate packaging is available upon request.
Store sealed in a cool, ventilated, and dry place, avoiding exposure to sun and rain. Strictly prohibit mixing, storing, or transporting with strong acids, alkalis, and toxic substances. Under proper conditions, the product storage period is 12 months from the date of manufacture. Exceeding the guarantee period, it can be used if qualified after analysis. Transported as non-dangerous goods.
