Single Component Hydrophilic Polyurethane Grouting fluid is a polymer chemical grouting material made from hydrophilic polyether polyols and Isocyanate. The material reacts with water to form an elastic colloidal solid, achieving excellent water-stopping effects. It is a new high-pressure grouting material for waterproofing and leak-stopping applications.
This product is manufactured using advanced foreign technology. Polyurethane grouting material forms a high elasticity and toughness gel with low shrinkage and compact structure after mixing with water, rapidly foaming, expanding and solidifying. This product features superior self-repairing functionality through repeated foaming with water, providing waterproof and leak-stopping effectiveness 2-3 times greater than traditional materials.

Note: When conducting water-based central control, a water inclusion test should be conducted first. If abnormal situations occur (white spots, translucency, or inability to contain water), the product is judged as unqualified, and -NCO content should be measured simultaneously.
Application
- Sealing leaks in various buildings and underground concrete engineering cracks, expansion joints, construction joints, and structural joints
- Water shut-off in tunnel roofs and broken layer reinforcement for coal mining and other mining projects
- Bridge foundation strengthening and bridge crack repair
Safety Notes
- Wear protective equipment (gloves, goggles) during construction to avoid direct skin contact. If contamination occurs, wash with plenty of water
- Store in cool locations. Construction requires proper ventilation and must be kept away from fire sources until material is fully solidified
Product Packaging
- Stored in clean, dry and sealed iron drums
- Transport according to regular product requirements - prevent rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision while ensuring packaging integrity
- Store in ventilated, dry and cool locations, away from direct sunlight and rain. Storage temperature should not exceed 40℃
- Shelf life: 9 months under normal storage conditions

You can get free samples for testing. We manufacture according to your specific requirements with pre-production samples before mass production and final inspection before shipment.
How about import customs fee?
Our sales team will declare value as requested. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in item price or shipping and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine additional costs prior to purchasing. If goods are returned or destroyed due to customs-clearance issues, related costs will be paid by customers.
