GPE Poly defoamer is specifically engineered for defoaming applications in the fermentation industry. Through multiple improvements based on user feedback, it has evolved into a mature and highly competitive poly defoamer solution.

Primarily designed for fermentation defoaming applications, this product can also be incorporated into various chemical manufacturing processes. It can be disinfected with base raw materials or partially sterilized by adding material during the later stages of fermentation. Under normal conditions, a dosage of 0.25%-0.6% typically meets fermentation defoaming cycle requirements.

Applications include microbial fermentation, food production and processing, construction industry products, printing and dyeing industry, metal manufacturing and processing, battery new energy field, water treatment systems, and various chemical production processes such as PVC polymerization.

Defoamer GPE-103 represents an enhanced version of the GPE defoamer series, belonging to the block type poly product category. This premium formulation offers high quality, non-toxic properties, extremely low skin irritation, bacterial safety, full biodegradability, superior foam control capabilities, and exceptional chemical and thermal stability. It effectively controls foam across a wide pH range and can be easily removed from products without leaving residue.

Available in 25Kg, 50Kg, and 200Kg PE drums or internal-coated buckets. Alternative packaging options available upon request.

Store sealed in a cool, ventilated, and dry location, protected from direct sunlight and rain. Strictly avoid mixing, storing, or transporting with strong acids, alkalis, or toxic substances. Under proper storage conditions, the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the manufacturing date. Products exceeding the guarantee period may be used if analysis confirms they remain qualified. Transported as non-dangerous goods.
