Polyethylene glycol series products are widely used in pharmaceutical applications. Lower molecular weight polyethylene glycol serves as solvent, co-solvent, o/w emulsifier and stabilizer for cement suspensions, emulsions, injections, water-soluble ointment bases, and suppository bases. Higher molecular weight solid waxy polyethylene glycol increases viscosity and solid formation in pharmaceutical preparations, and acts as a carrier for solid dispersion of poorly water-soluble drugs. These products also serve as raw materials for ester surfactant production.
Product Applications
PEG4000 and PEG6000 function as excellent coating materials, hydrophilic polishing materials, film and capsule materials, plasticizers, lubricants and dropping pill substrates for tablets, pills, capsules, and microcapsules.
In pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, PEG-4000 and PEG-6000 serve as matrix materials for viscosity and melting point adjustment. In paper manufacturing, they act as finishing agents to enhance paper gloss and smoothness. Rubber industry applications include additives that improve lubricity and plasticity while reducing processing power consumption and extending product lifespan. Metal processing utilizes them as lubricants and coolants, while pesticide and pigment industries employ them as dispersants and emulsifiers. Textile applications include antistatic agents and lubricants.
PEG8000 functions as a matrix material in pharmaceutical and cosmetics production for viscosity and melting point adjustment. Applications extend to lubricants and coolants in rubber and metal processing, dispersants and emulsifiers in pesticide and pigment production, and antistatic agents and lubricants in textile manufacturing.

- Packaging: 200 kg galvanized iron drums, 1000 kg IBC tank, or bulk tanker shipments
- Sealing: Nitrogen-blanketed containers to prevent moisture absorption and oxidation
Solid PEG:
- Packaging: 25 kg woven/kraft paper bags with inner polyethylene lining, or 500-1000 kg palletized
- Customization: Packaging size and materials can be adjusted per customer requirements

How about import customs fee?
Our sales will declare the value as customer's require normally. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping. These charges are the buyers' responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to bidding/buying. If the goods were turned back or destroyed for unable customs-clearance, the related cost will be paid by customers.
