Polyurea grouting liquid is a friendly material, non-toxic, VOC-free, highly weather-resistant, highly tough, highly adhesive, and highly impermeable, and can be applied to both dry and wet surfaces. It has high adaptability in terms of erosion resistance, wear resistance, carbonization resistance, frost resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance, and its high solid content enables it to quickly form a film on the surface of concrete or metal, and maintain good results at ambient temperatures between -40℃ and 120℃. Its single component facilitates construction, whether it is grouting, grouting, or brushing or scraping. Ordinary single-component grouting machines or high-pressure grouting machines are fully capable of implementing concrete plugging, grouting, and concrete-metal connection processes; and after molding, it has ultra-high tensile strength and elongation.

Operation Notes

—

1. There should be no open water on the base surface of the project, otherwise construction should be done 24 hours after it is drained
Construction should be carried out at temperatures above 5℃. The construction site should be well ventilated and fire-fighting equipment should be placed.
2. After opening the barrel, it should be used as soon as possible, and the time should not exceed 15 minutes; avoid direct exposure to the air for 3. a long time to prevent skin formation.
4. After opening the lid, the unused material should be tightly closed immediately and the remaining material should be used up as soon as possible.
5. Pay attention to protecting the construction site before it is completely dry.

Product packaging

1. Stored in clean, dry and sealed iron drums
2. Transport according to regular product requirements, prevent rain, exposure, squeezing, and collision, and ensure that th packaging is intact.
3. The product should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight and rain. The storage temperature should not be higher than 40℃.
