Product Features
610 is an alkyl modified silicone surfactant specifically designed for producing special slow rebound flatulence foam sponge. It enhances foaming process properties and foam stability, making it ideal for continuous production lines of large flatulence sponge.
- Reduces surface tension for uniform microbubbles and stable cells, minimizing gas diffusion
- Accelerates material viscosity to slow down rapid cell thinning and foaming
- Increases cell wall and meridian strength
- Reduces impurity mixing to prevent local surface tension reduction and avoid collapse and voids
- Recommended usage: 1% to 3%, adjustable based on polyurethane foam density requirements

Packaging, Handling & Storage
Packaged in new steel drums, 200 kg per drum. Keep container tightly closed in a dry, well-ventilated area. Opened containers must be carefully resealed and maintained upright to prevent leakage. Store in cool conditions.
Shelf life: 12 months. Pre-testing recommended before use after expiration date.
When handling polyols, take precautions to avoid eye exposure or prolonged skin contact. If eye contact occurs, flush with plenty of water. If skin contact occurs, wash exposed areas thoroughly with soap and water.
