Polyurea grouting fluid is a new type of single-component grouting and plugging material, belonging to modified polyurea polymer compounds. It features high solid content and high elasticity as a chemical grouting solution that cures in water and maintains strong adhesion in wet conditions. Using a small high-pressure grouting machine, it cures into a dense rubber elastomer after injection into holes and gaps, creating a tight seal. After curing, it does not foam or shrink, maintaining a tough rubber shape for long-term plugging effects. Being solvent-free, it prevents concrete surface contamination. Projects using this material experience minimal leakage and require no rework. For gaps larger than 2mm, traditional drilling and nailing grouting techniques can be replaced with pressure filling methods, significantly reducing labor costs.
